Cibolo Oil & Gas, LLC (“Cibolo”) is a private, independent oil and natural gas company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2021 by Albert Morris and Zach Privett, Cibolo leverages privately sourced capital to drive exploration, development and production of oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
